Wash Day.

Pre Poo: Organic Castor Oil and Avocado oil (Left it in for an hour)

Shampoo: Cream of Nature Argan oil shampoo.

Deep Conditioner: Aunt Jackie's in control conditioner (Let it sit under a plastic cap for just over an hour and rinsed)

Leave in :Once my t-shirt had soaked up most of the water I applied African Pride leave in and detangled with a wide tooth comb in sections.

Finish up: Applied Paul Mitchell's super skinny serum to each section and left my hair to air dry over night.

I didn't take any pics of my hair mainly because I decided to braid my hair up for another week of wearing wigs. I will be making a new one soon so i'll be sure to post pics of that.

Creme of Nature Argan Oil Moisture and Shine Shampoo.

Ingredients:

Aqua, Trideceth-7, Carboxylic Acid, Decyl Glucoside, Glycol Stearate, Polyquarternium-10, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Quaternium-15, Perfum (Fragrance), Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, CI 14700(Red4), CI19140(Yellow 5).

Directions:

Apply a generous amount to wet hair and massage into lather. Rinse thoroughly and repeat. Follow with Creme of Nature with Argan Oil Intensive Conditioning Treatment.

My Opinion:

I decided to try this shampoo because I was looking for a dupe for my Shea Mouisture shampoo. As much as I love the SM it is quite and expensive shampoo (£11.99 here in England) so I wanted something a bit cheaper.

The first thing I noticed when using this shampoo was the smell, it smells a lot like the conditioner the only difference is it also has a soapy smell to it. Recently I have been sticking to sulphate free shampoos to see if my scalp likes them better and so far so good. For a SL shampoo it lathers up very well with out leaving my hair feeling striped and I'm also able to run my finger through my hair whilst shampooing it (Your not suppose to do this. lol)

Since purchasing this shampoo it has be come another staple shampoo.

Wash Day.

Pre Poo: Organic Castor oil and avocado oil under a plastic cap for 20 mins.

Shampoo: Shea Moisture retention shampoo.

Protein Treatment: I applied Aphogee 2 min reconstruction concentrating on my ends, left it in for 5 mins and rinsed.

Deep Conditioned: Mixed the remming Aunt Jackies conditioner with Creme of Nature Argan oil conditioner, let it sit in my hair for a few hours under a plastic cap.

T-Shirt Dried: Once the excess water was soaked up I wrapped my hair up in a t-shirt and left it for 20 mins.

Leave ins and Styling: I applied Darcy botanicals leave in to my hair in 3 sections and followed up with Chi Silk Infusion serum. I then blow-dried my hair on a cool setting in the 3 sections until my hair was mostly dry.

I then pulled my hair into a loose low bun and tied a silk scarf round my head. The next day I braided my hair up as i will be back to wearing wigs again.

My opinion:
I have been using this product for a while now to pre poo however I have recently used it as a deep conditioner on my most recent relaxer day. Now let me start off by saying I LOVE the smell of this conditioner, its a strong scent that lingers even after you rinse it out.

The 1st time I tried this product I was quite heavy handed whilst applying i was expecting the conditioner to me visible in my hair however it just sunk in. On the instructions it says to leave the conditioner in for 15 mins for an intense treatment however I ignored that and left it in for an hour. The best part of this conditioner is when I rinsed it out, my hair felt soo soft and I was able to finger detangle with no problems.

As a pre poo treatment it is fantastic and it is also a good deep conditioner, Aunt Jackies still has the top spot though lol. I will definatly be buying this again and adding it to my staples.

Wash Day.

I started off by applying coconut oil to my hair and scalp whilst it was still in my braids (from my wig), I then placed a shower cap onto my head and wrapped a scarf around my head and left it overnight.

Shampoo: I used cream of nature with argan oil to cleanse.

Co washed: Tresemme Naturals

Deep Conditioned: Aunt Jackie In Moisture Conditioner.

Styling: After rinsing my hair I towel dried it and followed up with a t-shirt.

I decided to blow dry my hair today so I applied my leave ins and Chi silk serum and blowdried on a low setting with a brush.

I finished up by putting my hair into a low bun, this will be my protective style of choice for a few days.
