My Opinion:

I wasn't going to do a review on this because I  just found out that British curlies (THE ONLY WEBSITE that sells this  product has now discontinued it). So far I really like this product and I'm a bit upset that britishcurlies no longer sell this product. This shampoo is a water based shampoo which gives this shampoo a watery consistency, now at first I wasn't very sure about how this shampoo was going to perform however  after the 1st lather I was actually surprised at how well it lathered up. After using this shampoo twice it became a staple product for me mainly because after using this shampoo my hair felt clean with leaving my hair feeling stripped or dry.

L Shaped U part wig.

I missed my leave out and I was getting bored of closures so I decided to make a new wig. I ended up making a L shaped wig which wasn't my original plan but the wig turned out nice, I'm excited about this wig because I'm back to wearing really long weave again.

U part Wigs are my go to protective hairstyle when stretching my relaxers.

Wash Day.

(1) I started off by shampooing my hair with my Komaza Care shampoo.
(2) I then applied Elasta Qp soy conditioner to my hair to co wash and rinsed.
(3) Did a green tea rinse for a few minutes and rinsed it out.
(4) Then I applied Paul mitchell's super skinny treatment for 5 mins and rinsed it out.
(5) Deep Conditioned with Aunt Jackies conditioner for 1 hour.
(6) I applied my leave in and blow dried my hair on a low setting before braiding my hair up and and sewing down my u part wig.

Hair Update.

For the last 2 weeks my hair has been tucked away under my U part wig and closure, I have been moisturising my hair once a week. Its not a lot but because I have the wig sewn down it makes it a bit difficult for me to moisturise my hair daily. Iv decided to stretch my relaxer until December which will be a 6 month stretch, this shouldn't be difficult for me as I used to do long relaxer stretches whilst I wore sew ins.

The wig before.

I miss my leave out now so I am in the middle of making a new U Part without a closure.

Deep Conditioning on dry hair.

I decided to deep condition my hair on dry hair mainly because my ends were really dry and I was also planning on protective styling with my wig.

I started off by undoing my Goddess braid and finger detangled my hair. Applied Elasta QP ultra hydration conditioner in 4 sections and put a plastic cap on my hair for 2 hours.

After rinsing out the conditioner I applied my Skinny treatment to my hair for a few mins and then rinsed it out.  Whilst my hair was wet I applied some Extra virgin olive oil to my ends and wrapped an old t-shirt around my hair.

Whilst my hair air dryed I applied my leave in conditioner and the super skinny serum and left my hair to air dry over night.

Protective Style Series: The Goddess Braid

I am 1 week post relaxer and whilst moisturising and sealing my hair the other day I decided that I was tired of doing my hair, so quickly put my hair in 2 loose style Goddess style braids and called it a day. At first I wasn't too sure about if I could wear this hairstyle to work but after some kind words from my work colleagues I quickly realised that this hairstyle wasn't soo bad and it makes a change from my usual buns.

Now that I know how easy it is to do this hairstyle I will be trying out some other types of Goddess braids in the future.

Product Haul.

I have been the ultimate product junky this month and I'm not ashamed, lol. To be very honest I just wanted to try some new products but I feel like I went over board a little bit.

I bought 3 new moisturisers.

The Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny line (gift size)

VO5 Heat protect.

New Deep Conditioner.

Wash Day.

(1) I started off by doing a pre poo treatment with mix of 2 blag tea bags, Olive oil and Castor Oil on my scalp (I'm doing an experiment) and L'oreal full restore on the length of my hair for an hour.
(2) Shampoo with Komaza care Moja shampoo.
(3) Applied Paul Mitchell's super skinny treatment to my hair and left it for 5 mins.
(4) Deep conditioned with Elasta QP's Ultra-hydration conditioner for an hour.
(5) Let My hair air dry for a bit then applied my Darcey botanical's leave in and my Skinny serum, detangled my hair with a wide tooth comb.

Today I tried a new deep conditioner and I love it already, I will still be using my Aunt Jackies but the Elasta QP will also be part of my regime now.

I have also realised that the ends of my hair are curly and coarse and will not dry straight unless I add heat.
